• There are no classes on public holidays: 17 March, 13 April, 4 May, 1 June, 3 August, 26 October.
• We close from Monday 21 December and reopen on Monday 4 January 2010
• All lessons are 45 minutes.
• Classes start at 09.30, Monday to Friday.
• Minimum age 16 years old, average age 23 (during the summer the average age may be lower).
• Course fees must be paid in advance to qualify for lower prices for longer courses.
• Maximum class size 15 students.
• We ask for a deposit of € 35 for course books.
• English plus Work Experience and English plus Au Pair Placement are not available to not non-EU citizens.
• Hostel and Hotel accommodation available on request.

ALL ACCOMMODATION IS BOOKED FOR SUNDAY ARRIVAL & SATURDAY CHECK-OUT.
*Single room supplement: during the months of July and August there is a supplement of €35 per week to guarantee a single room. Single rooms are subject to availabilty.
Extra night fee: €30

* Half board accommodation is breakfast and evening meal, Monday to Friday, and breakfast, lunch and evening meal at weekends.
**UCD Merville: 4 single bedrooms per apartment sharing 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a sitting room.
***UCD Roebuck Hall: 6 single bedrooms per apartment each with en-suite bathrooms sharing a kitchen and a sitting room.

You must complete an Enrolment Form and pay a € 300 deposit when you book.
Please pay the rest 3 weeks before the start of your course.
Please give us the name of the student when you make the payment.

2. BY CREDIT CARD / LASER
(Visa or Mastercard, charge of 3%).

Cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by the school. Cancellations received more than 14 days before a course begins may be charged an administration fee of € 50.
Cancellations received less than 14 days before a course begins will be charged an adminstration fee of € 300. Students who postpone 1 week or less before the start of their course will be charged 1 week's accommodation. Students who arrive after the start of the course, who are absent during the course, or leave before the end of the course receive no refund. If the school cancels a course a complete refund will be given. We recommend that all students have insurance.
