Letters and documents
We help with questions. Can I open a bank account? What do I need to join a library? How do I get a visa for France? We also provide official letters and documents if necessary.
Communication
If you need to fax or photocopy letters, we can help you for a small charge. Don`t forget we also provide free use of the internet. We sell international phone cards as well which make it cheaper to phone your family and friends.
Further Studies
Wheter you want to study flower arranging, Irish music or business, we help you find a course. If you want to go to university to do a degree or post-graduate course, we will advise you and help you fill in the necessary forms. We also tell you about the necessary English exams.
Travel Advice
I want to go to Belfast for the weekend, what`s the best way? Do I need to get a visa for Spain? What`s the cheapest way to get to the UK? We can help you find the cheapest deal or book accommodation.
Job/Working advice
If you have a visa which enables you to work or you are an EU citizen we will show you where to look for work, give you tax information and tell you minimum salaries.
Health
If you are unlucky, you might feel ill or have a bad toothache. Our staff can tell you how to register, give you advice on payment and help you claim on your insurance. We can also help you get student insurance if you do not have it.
